Create Silhouettes

I posted this picture up a while ago and had a lot of questions on how to recreate it. Here are the steps:

1. Take a picture of the person against a plain wall
2. Insert picture in powerpoint
3. Format –> remove background
4. Format –> mark areas to remove –> keep changes
5. Format –> Color –> black and white
6. If you see some white spots in the picture: Format –> corrections –> brightness -40 contrast
